Approved network expertOne area in which I have strong expertise is improving students' employability and placement readiness. I have worked with students who have good academic knowledge but need improvement in aptitude, communication, soft skills, problem-solving, and interview skills. My approach is to first identify the students' strengths and areas for improvement through assessments and interaction. Based on the results, I plan suitable training activities such as aptitude practice, communication exercises, group discussions, mock interviews, presentations, and problem-solving activities. I believe in a practical and step-by-step approach. I regularly assess students' progress, identify remaining gaps, and modify the training accordingly. My focus is to help students build confidence and develop the skills required to succeed in placements and their future careers.
